Some Important Ownership Decisions

How will the group pay for the vacation home?

Each owner will pay cash (savings, cash out refinance, HELOC, etc.)

Guest Policy: Owners are always responsible for guests. Many groups prefer an age limit for guests when an owner is not present. What is your preference?
